TERRINE OF GEFILTE FISH

1 22 oz. package of A&B-no sugar gefilte fish
1/3 cup matzoh meal
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped pimento or red pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
2 tbsps drained red (with sugar) horseradish
1 table spoon salad dressing

Thaw fish. Place in a bowl and add vinegar and matzoh meal. Mix well.

Divide in thirds. To 1/3 add pimentos and mix well.

Press this mixture into the bottom of a loaf pan that has been sprayed with no stick spray.

Mix dill into another 1/3 of fish and press this layer on top of pimento layer.

Mix horseradish into the last 1/3 of fish and press this on top of dill layer.

Spread the salad dressing carefully on top of the horseradish layer. Do not use more than 1 tbsp or the salad dressing will overcome the fish taste.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Chill. Serve cold with dilled mayonnaise.



DILLED MAYONNAISE

1/3 cup fine chopped dill
1 cup mayonnaise

Mix these ingredients well and refrigerate.
