This is not so much a recipe as it is a method.
2 large jars of stuffed queen olives
3 inch piece of fresh ginger grated (be sure to use a ginger grater)
5-7 cloves garlic grated
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons red pepper sauce
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
additional cayenne to taste
Place olives in a colander and wash to remove excess salt. In a container combine the remainder of the ingredients. Whisk until blended. Add olives and stir until coated. Refrigerate. This keeps almost indefinitely in a closed container, but should be given a day or two to marinate before serving.
