Voices From the Ezras Nashim
Another busy week has come and gone. The 175 packages for the Bikur Cholim have been packed and delivered. Initial packing of 120 packages for Donuts and Dreidels, 72 packages for the assisted living facility my mom lives in and 65 packages for our chesed group COOKIES has been completed. Next week looks busy too as final preparations are made.
Several months ago our good friend Reb Yechiel (Andrew) returned home to Israel. We all miss him terribly. This past week Michelle, his daughter, posted some photos of Reb Yechiel on The Beast (his motorcycle). I have printed one of the photos to share with our minyan men. I know they will be delighted.
Our dear friend Justin Blitzer will be running the Miami Marathon on behalf of Chai Lifeline. Please make a pledge on his behalf at teamlifeline.org. Type in Justin Blitzer as the runner to get to his page. He has set a lofty goal of $3500. Let us help him to achieve it.
